United States returns

For non-custom orders delivered to the United States, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. Contact support@kakakoo.com with your order details to arrange a return.

Australia returns and exchanges

For non-custom orders delivered to Australia, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and remain in a condition suitable for resale.

Returns are made by mail. For returns that are not due to an error or issue caused by Kakakoo, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Contact support@kakakoo.com with your order details to arrange a return or exchange. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Custom orders
